What the mentoring scheme includes

Lifestyle Test

With our comprehensive assessment, we will map your lifestyle, diet and exercise habits, micronutrient intake and sleep patterns in detail. We'll show you where you can make improvements and how to adapt your lifestyle to stay healthy.

Smart plate

The Smart Plate is a unique, personalised meal plan that ensures each meal contains the optimal amount of nutrients your body needs.

Review your supplement portfolio

Following your nutrition diary, we will prepare a supplementary nutrition portfolio tailored to your personal weight and lifestyle. 

Ongoing mentoring

During the 3-month programme, we will monitor the changes in your organisation on a bi-weekly basis at pre-arranged mentoring appointments. You will also have unlimited access to our nutrition mentors throughout the programme.

Basic macrobiotic nutrition education

We'll show you how a macrobiotic diet can help you stay healthy and create inner harmony.

Practical cooking lessons

We put macrobiotic theory into practice. 2 personalised cooking classes per month. So you can be confident in applying the principles of macrobiotics to your everyday meals.

Nutrition diary

 A 4 to 8 week food diary will be created to assess your eating habits to find where changes need to be made in your current lifestyle. 

Individual nutrition planner

Based on your nutrition diary, we will work with you to create your individual sample diet week by week.

What will you learn during the Lifestyle Mentoring programmes?

1st month

You'll recognise your current eating habits and why they don't work in the long term.
You'll learn the principles that will help you create simple, balanced meals for everyday life.

2nd month

We will start to develop your own working meal plan.
You'll learn how to cook quickly, easily and create meals that really boost your energy.

3rd month

We will stabilise your new eating habits in your daily life.
You'll develop a routine that you don't have to start again every Monday, but can be sustained over the long term.

I am Detti, a functional nutritionist. My aim is to help you feel better in your own skin. I help you find balance in your everyday life to develop sustainable eating habits. 

Beatrix

As the founder of BYL (Balance Your Life), you will meet me in all areas of management and planning. I'll be your lifestyle manager in developing healthy habits.

Gellért

As the co-founder of BYL (Balance Your Life), you will meet me as your main mentor for mentoring issues - I will also plan your movements in the process of your lifestyle change.   

Elf

I am Tündi, a macrobiotic counsellor and mother of two. Macrobiotics is my life, I do everything by it - I will help you to make cooking with natural and seasonal foods easy and routine.
