Reduce stress
🎄 Getting ready for Christmas, buying presents, decorating, cooking, waiting for guests... sound familiar?
Often, the biggest challenge is to keep calm while your calendar tells you all about the rush. But what if we approached Advent differently this year?
💡 Christmas isn't about everything being perfectly in place - it's about being together, listening to each other and really living the festive moments.

But how?
How can we make the holiday not a stressful competition, but a time of real relaxation and recharging?
Start your day with a little breathing! 🧘♀️
A few minutes of deep breathing after waking up in the morning can do wonders. Add a few moments of silence and you can reduce stress levels and start the day with a calmer mind.
🍪 Don't forget to take a break!
Yes, I know it's easy to forget about ourselves in the run-up to Christmas, but it's these little things that make us breaks can be sent to and the for our souls it is the freshness, which will help us prepare for the holidays in a truly peaceful way. Why not relax with a delicious hot chocolate, tea or a good book?
⚡️ Know that you don't have to do everything yourself!
Ask for help, or, if you feel you have too much to focus on, let go of excessive perfectionism and realise that the real gift lies in the shared experience.
And of course, the reduce stress I also recommend a very simple but highly effective tool:
TAO Chikung! 🌀
Not only the strengthens the body, but also helps to mental and emotional unblocking.
If you want to bring a little peace and quiet to the Advent season, try it the following chikung exercise - helps to relieve stress and create inner harmony.
Preparing for Christmas is not just about external gifts. Give yourself a little present too: peaceful and tranquil moments, so that this holiday is truly about love!
