December 2
Always one small step.
Remember, every big thing starts with one small step.
At the beginning of the Advent season, we tend to set ourselves too big goals - and then we quickly run out of steam.
Is our perseverance not enough, or is the goal we have set inadequate?
Whichever way you look at it, the result is the same: we become listless, tired and exhausted.
How we can successfully make lifestyle changes to start during the Advent period?
- Increase your daily exercise time.

Get off one stop earlier from public transport and walk one stop. A few extra steps in your daily pedometer. It's a small step, but it makes a big difference in the long run.
15 minutes in the open air on the illuminated, decorated streets, where listening to and hearing our own thoughts helps us to achieve a balance between body and soul.
Give yourself a a little movement - small step, but big change!
2. Shape and improve your shopping habits.
Buy frozen instead of canned (if you don't have fresh vegetables)
You can also prepare a festive dinner by replacing the canned beans with preservative-free frozen vegetables you choose.
Which is not only tastier, but healthier too.
One small decision can make a big difference in maintaining the balance of your gut flora.
3. Increase the time you spend with your loved ones
A creative advent gift for the whole family!
Take an empty jar
, and tie a colourful festive bow - red, gold or even glitter - to give it a real Christmas feel!
You could even give it a magical name, for example: "A bottle of festive cheer." Place it in the living room or somewhere central - on a shelf, on the coffee table or even on the mantelpiece - so that everyone has easy access to it.
Attach a small notepad
, which can even be Christmas themed, and a couple of coloured pens or markers.
The task is to finish the sentence: "One good thing that happened to me today is that..."
A magic starts here: these small throw messages in the bottle.
The point is that nothing is compulsory, if you miss a day it's no problem, and at Christmas we are especially careful to do what we do and what we expect, not out of necessity but with joy. 😊
At Christmas open the bottle, and read it the cetlik!
Will be laughter, touch and many, many stories.
