Christmas sweets of course - to avoid January colds! 🎄

🍬 According to macrobiotics refined sugars are a burden on the body, especially if we overindulge in sweets during the festive season. This can not only cause fatigue and energy loss, but can also contribute to end-of-winter illnesses when our bodies become weak.
✨ What can we do? Try to use natural sweeteners, such as fresh or dried fruit, rice syrup, which are kinder to your body. 🍏
🍰 Here is a simple but festive recipe, made without refined sugar and perfect for the whole family!
