A Balance Your Life methodology was born out of the realisation that most people know exactly what they „should” do - yet fail to make change a permanent part of their daily lives. Therefore, the focus is not on the transfer of information, but on the system of decisions, structure and feedback.

The method takes into account your individual life situation, your workload and the natural rhythm of change. It does not rely on one-off decisions, but on knowing where you are in your own process and what is a realistic next step for you.

This approach is framed by the RDPEM methodology, which follows five successive stages of change: Identify, Decide, Plan, Implement and Sustain.

I am Mariann Székely-Sudár, as a mother of a family I have experienced first hand how difficult it is to implement even the smallest lifestyle changes, how important it is to have a broad attention and patience in this area (too). For me, it's familiar to take one step forward and two steps back - which is why I focus on keeping the net result moving forward, if I'm two steps behind, I try to take three steps forward.
