Be aware of the present moment, notice what's around you and let the positive feelings flow into your heart. - Practice gratitude!
What if you could find at least one thing to be grateful for every day? With gratitude you get in touch with the deeper feelings of your heart. Write it down, even in a journal, or just think about it in the evening, what it is that has brought real joy to your day. A cup of coffee that you had a quiet morning, a conversation with a friend, a nice memory of family... When you learn to give thanks for all these things, your heart automatically opens and love flows more easily. - Accept imperfection!
Christmas is not about everything being perfect, but about how you can lovingly accept everything as it is. Christmas is not a competition, it's not about who makes the best dinner or gives the best presents. It's about how you spend time with the people you love and how you allow yourself to relax and recharge.
