Find your inner and outer balance to be in harmony with yourself!
What if I told you that happiness is not an external goal to be achieved, but an internal state that, once found, will flow into every area of your life?
You may feel like you can hardly breathe with all the hustle, bustle, gift shopping and planning during the Advent season.
But what if instead of just doing, you stopped for a moment and found your way back to yourself?
✨ What is internal and external balance? ✨
Inner balance is when you are at peace within yourself, when your thoughts and feelings are in harmony, and when you remain at peace with the outside world. But external balance is when you find harmony in your daily life, in your work, in your family relationships and in your immediate environment.
When the two areas of inner and outer balance are in harmony, you will truly be able to handle everything with ease and stay balanced in the most difficult situations.
🌟 How can you achieve internal and external balance? 🌟
- Get your inner world in order! First of all, take time for your inner world! How are you feeling right now? What are the things that trigger strong emotions in you at the moment and how can you make space for them? It's important to engage meaningfully with your inner emotional world in order to be in harmony with yourself. A little meditation, a soothing tea or even a short walk in the fresh air can help you to get back into balance.
- Don't ignore your external environment! When your external environment is in order, it is easier to achieve inner harmony. Even in the run-up to Christmas, try to create an environment that calms you. A tidy home, fresh scents, a candle that gives off warmth can all contribute to creating inner-inner harmony.
- Movement is key! Chikung helps to bring the body, mind and soul into harmony. Gentle, flowing movements, deep breathing and mindful awareness help to calm the mind and reconnect with the self.
- Live in the present moment! Finding balance is not about solving everything right away, but rather about being in the present, accepting the situation, and asking and allowing everything to happen in the way that is best for us.
💫 What happens when you find your balance? 💫
When inner and outer harmony are in balance, your life becomes much easier. Stress is reduced, things fall into place, and daily challenges are no longer a strain. Love, calm and peace begin to flow from your heart and become available to you every day.
