This can not only cause fatigue and energy loss, but can also contribute to end-of-winter illnesses when our bodies become weak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2728 <strong>What can we do?<\/strong> Try to use natural sweeteners, such as fresh or dried fruit, rice syrup, which are kinder to your body. \ud83c\udf4f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf70 <strong>Here is a simple but festive recipe<\/strong>, made without refined sugar and perfect for the whole family!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf36\ufe0f <strong>Hazelnut Ischler (sugar free)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udcc5 <strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 g peanut flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 g semi-milled or wholemeal flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tsp baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pinch of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 dates with seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml vegetable milk \ud83e\udd5b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vanilla flavour \ud83c\udf3c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd lemon zest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar-free raspberry jam \ud83c\udf48<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dark chocolate (sugar free) for the coating \ud83c\udf6b<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udfa1 <strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:51px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u2600\ufe0f Soak the dates in warm water for 10 minutes, then mash them with a little water to a smooth consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\ud83e\udd41 In a bowl, mix together the peanut flour, flour, baking powder and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2795 Add the olive oil, date puree, vegetable milk, vanilla and lemon zest. Knead the dough until it comes together.
